Our fertility clinic business manager works with many different insurance companies for our patients convenience. Our office staff are always available to help patients determine their insurance coverage and to help in with claim submissions.

Not all insurance/managed care companies provide coverage for fertility treatments so it is important to check with your provider of you employer. We strongly recommend that you ask that your insurance provider to state your benefits "in writing". Patients are ultimately responsible for paying any fees not covered by their insurance/managed care company.
